As a Project Engineer in wind energy, you will lead the engineering efforts for projects, tackling technical challenges from design to execution while ensuring alignment with economic and regulatory goals. Your expertise will drive the successful delivery of renewable energy initiatives across Germany.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar
• •Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in wind energy project development
• •Strong understanding of wind project development processes
• •Willingness and ability to conduct regular site visits
• •High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality results under tight deadlines
• •Strong understanding of project economics and value drivers
• •Demonstrated passion and drive to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget
• •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• •Fluency in German and English with excellent communication skills

Aufgaben

• •Lead the engineering phase of wind projects
• •Oversee technical assessments for civil design
• •Conduct planning and cost estimation
• •Manage procurement and environmental permitting
• •Engage stakeholders and manage risks
• •Evaluate wind farm feasibility and constructability
• •Assess risk and CAPEX estimates from development to operation
• •Serve as the technical lead for turbine selection and layout design
• •Define specifications and requirements for procurement
• •Evaluate technical proposals and support contract negotiations
• •Prepare and assure quality of technical specifications for tenders
• •Ensure alignment between turbine supplier requirements and BOP contracts
• •Manage interfaces between civil and electrical BOP
• •Support technical due diligence processes
• •Engage with turbine suppliers to stay updated on market offerings
• •Supervise third-party engineers and external design services
• •Plan and document project design reviews for technical consistency
