- •15+ years leading large-scale capital EPC projects
- •Experience in global, cross-functional project organizations
- •Experience in GMP-regulated environments (advantageous)
- •High willingness for international travel
- •Fluent English and German skills (advantageous)
- •Leadership of international, multicultural teams
- •Strong strategic, decision-making, and communication skills

- •Lead large-scale pharmaceutical capital EPC projects
- •Serve as primary interface to executive leadership
- •Define project strategy and execution models
- •Manage master schedules and project budgets
- •Oversee engineering and construction phases
- •Direct commissioning, qualification, and validation processes
- •Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and GMP standards
- •Partner with Quality and Regulatory Affairs departments
- •Manage CAPEX planning and financial risk
- •Control costs and major procurement decisions
- •Lead cross-functional teams and external partners
- •Coordinate subprojects and EPCM contractors
- •Optimize project management processes and tools
- •Facilitate structured knowledge transfer and lessons learned
