- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or comparable field
- 6+ years of experience in Category Management, Assortment Management, or Buying, ideally within leading Non-Food retailers or comparable retail environments
- Strong Category Management expertise (shopper/mission thinking, assortment architecture, placement logic, price architecture)
- Proven experience in trading and commercialisation, translating category strategies into in-market actions
- Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance data
- Conceptual and strategic mindset, ability to structure complex topics, develop scalable category solutions
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills in international organisation
- Fluent German and strong professional English (spoken and written)
