Anforderungen
- Financial services experience (Front-Back Office Technology, FinTech, Investment Accounting, Client Reporting, Insurance, Market data)
- Proven experience implementing large-scale software solutions in Asset Management and/or Insurance space
- Fluency in German and English
- Proven track record delivering projects for external clients
- Ability to seek out, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, client facing)
- Expert technical skills in project management tools (JIRA, Excel, Clarizen, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and Fintech solutions (a plus)
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client site
Aufgaben
- Lead large client implementations in the DACH region
- Define project scope and create detailed implementation plans
- Coordinate internal, client, and third-party resources
- Ensure on-time and quality project completion
- Provide regular status updates through reports and meetings
- Lead high-level steering committee meetings
- Manage implementation budgets and project commercials
- Seek opportunities for service improvements
- Oversee transition from Sales to Global Delivery
- Transition projects from Global Delivery to Client Services
- Generate weekly status reports
- Hold weekly status meetings with clients and project teams
- Handle revenue recognition forecasts and unbilled bookings
- Manage resource allocation for the assigned portfolio
- Report on project metrics like utilization and go-live adherence
- Serve as a trusted client relationship manager
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
- Facilitate successful transition to the steady-state servicing team
- Oversee multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight
