- •Proven experience in HR compliance, audit, or process management
- •Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- •Experience in supporting and coordinating HR audits and risk assessments
- •Demonstrated ability to review and optimize HR processes
- •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- •High level of self-motivation, initiative, and accountability
- •Fluency in English and German
