- Experience with customs practice in EU
- Advanced knowledge in customs valuation
- Strong analytical and technical mindset
- Experience in direct communication with Customs Authorities
- Advanced German language skills
- 5+ years of experience in Customs and Trade Compliance role
- Experience with customs procedures for B2C and B2B sales
- Preferred: Official Government audit experience in Germany
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of Project Management
- Preferred: Experience working with AEB, SAP
Aufgaben
- Coordinate and optimize customs procedures in Germany and Poland.
- Support customs clearance processes for EFTA and UK markets.
- Collaborate with Product Managers on Customs Declaration software.
- Identify automation opportunities for customs declaration processes.
- Act as a contact for customs audits and simplifications.
- Work with business units to identify compliance issues.
- Ensure compliance with customs and export laws.
- Prepare customs and export documentation and implement processes.
- Serve as a contact for departments and external service providers.
- Represent the company in dealings with authorities.
- Participate in relevant projects.
