- •Strong product ownership expertise in AI and conversational bots
- •Solid hands-on experience with agile frameworks and scaled agility, such as SAFe or Scrum
- •Structured, focused, and solution-oriented working style
- •High adaptability and strong decision-making skills in a dynamic environment
- •Excellent communication skills with customer and user focus
- •Experience managing external service providers and collaborating with diverse teams
- •Scrum Master experience is a strong advantage
- •Very good German and English language skills

- •Ensure alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams

- •Coordinate with external service providers and partners
- •Support collaboration within diverse teams
- •Establish effective ways of working in new teams
- •Contribute to agile processes and ceremonies
- •Act in a Scrum Master capacity when necessary
