- Maintain knowledge of software development processes
- Execute SLAs for support, maintenance, and technical needs
- Provide clear direction and prioritized backlog items
- Ensure alignment across Agile teams in PI planning
- Develop and maintain product release plan
- Coordinate backlog items for future sprints
- Represent and interface with business users
- Coordinate with other development resources
- Facilitate effective collaboration as embedded team member
- Communicate requirements through epics and stories
- Update stakeholders on project progress
- Create and maintain team product backlog
- Break down user stories and acceptance criteria
- Provide rapid feedback to guide development
- Participate in Scrum-related ceremonies
- Inform team on customer usage and needs
- Establish open communication with customers
- Ensure product meets customer satisfaction standards
- Review deliverables and demonstrable code
- Maintain project progress visibility
