- Develop clear solutions for carriers and retailers
- Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company goals
- Define and prioritize feature proposals to optimize the user journey
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, and other stakeholders for feature delivery
- Prepare detailed use cases and align on technical solutions
- Take ownership of feature delivery from concept to specification
- Monitor platform performance and propose continuous improvements
