- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts

- Embed best-practice workflows in product design
- Embed best-practice workflows in data structures
- Embed best-practice workflows in user experience
- Collaborate with teams for product quality and compliance
- Conduct market research and customer interviews
- Prioritize product backlog based on impact and feasibility
- Drive agile and lean product development culture
- Ensure continuous team improvement
