- •Degree (Master) in engineering, natural sciences, or comparable
- •Several years of professional experience in technical areas
- •Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
- •Advanced problem solving skills (8D, Six Sigma)
- •Independent, responsible, and team-oriented working style
- •Willingness to take on new tasks and solve them as part of a team or as cross-functional technical lead
- •Well organized and able to work with diverse requirements
- •Good written and spoken German and English skills

- •Increase process yield and improve product robustness
- •Transfer new technologies to production in partnership with R&D and process integration
- •Interface with maintenance, R&D, line control, suppliers, and quality departments
