Aufgaben
- Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of Data Processing Agreements
- Advise on international data transfer mechanisms
- Serve as lead privacy counsel for strategic enterprise transactions
- Support customer negotiations involving AI governance
- Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Security, and Commercial Legal
- Develop scalable negotiation guidance and contracting playbooks
- Maintain commercially relevant privacy documentation
- Advise on GDPR and EU digital regulatory frameworks
- Provide strategic counseling on Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default
- Support and advise on DPIAs and AI impact assessments
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and AI governance teams
- Contribute to regulatory readiness initiatives
- Translate complex privacy and AI requirements into practical guidance
- Support executive decision-making on legal risk and regulatory obligations
- Deliver training and enablement sessions for teams
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ethical decision-making
