- Proficiency in programming languages and pharmacometric tools

- Excellent communication skills in English
- PhD in preclinical PK/PD modelling, pharmacometrics, applied mathematics, systems biology, bioinformatics or similar
- Long-term experience in preclinical PK/PD modelling, pharmacometrics, applied mathematics, systems biology, bioinformatics or similar
- Industry experience beneficial
- In-depth understanding of preclinical PK/PD modelling and simulation
- In-depth understanding of pharmacology and DMPK- or NBE PK- related topics
- Experience in working in matrix-style project teams
- Experience in leading matrix-style project teams
- Applications from people with severe disabilities warmly welcomed
- Preferential consideration for severely disabled applicants in case of equal qualifications
Aufgaben
- Perform high-quality PK/PD modelling and simulation analyses
- Support research projects with informative study designs
- Conduct human PK and dose predictions
- Contribute to understanding PK/PD relations of candidate drugs
- Achieve modelling-related goals for Discovery Research
- Represent Preclinical PK/PD Modelling in international teams
- Coordinate Research DMPK or NBE PK in international teams
- Establish and maintain external collaborations
- Support licensing activities
- Lead coordination of Drug Discovery Sciences disciplines
- Shape and implement PK/PD modelling strategies
- Define modelling-related goals for Discovery Research
- Coach and support development of junior research scientists
