- Experience supporting modelling workflows through standardization or automation
- Experience in generative AI or machine learning (plus)
- Experience in IT product ownership and GCP-compliant solutions (beneficial)
- Experience in project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Experience advancing AI/ML-enabled pharmacometric methodologies or simulation workflows
- Experience leading evolution, governance, and lifecycle of PMx platforms
Aufgaben
- Define the vision for PMx analysis platforms
- Maintain roadmaps for AI-enabled modeling tools
- Oversee the full system lifecycle as Business System Lead
- Translate scientific requirements into GCP-compliant digital solutions
- Implement advanced Bayesian estimation and simulation workflows
- Optimize and harmonize modeling processes with subject matter experts
- Automate PMx workflows and version-control practices
- Lead infrastructure and AI-focused innovation initiatives
- Manage the governance of cloud-based analysis solutions
- Steer cross-functional initiatives on enterprise digital strategy
