- Clarify customer requirements and needs
- Produce comprehensive studies aligning with customer needs
- Collaborate with Product Manager on product strategy
- Guide off-shore and in-house teams in architecture and development
- Work in an agile environment
- Structure tasks independently and proactively
- Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements
- Liaise between technical teams and customers
- Translate customer needs into actionable plans
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships
- Provide expert advice to clients
- Offer tailored solutions to meet customer expectations
- Participate in solution discussions and workshops
- Conduct bid presentations
- Work closely with regional Sales teams
- Apply consultative selling techniques
- Support Product Management in mapping future solutions
- Convey vision to the team
- Interact with senior customer contacts
- Communicate with Worldline management
- Prioritize and mitigate issues and risks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
