  • Own Google Ads best practices and expertise
  • Support other performance marketing channels as needed
  • Advise Business Units on performance marketing best practices
  • Develop conversion strategies and campaign structures
  • Provide actionable recommendations and growth opportunities
  • Manage operational workflow across Business Units
  • Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate data-related initiatives with Data teams
  • Drive performance through data-driven and experimental approaches
  • Establish and scale structured testing frameworks
  • Identify optimization opportunities and improve incrementality
  • Unlock new growth levers
  • Challenge existing approaches and processes
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize workflows
