As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will drive the paid growth engine by optimizing campaigns and aligning strategies with measurable business outcomes. Anforderungen

• •3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• •Proven success in owning and optimizing Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
• •Strong analytical capability and experience with attribution models, funnel KPIs, and ROI-driven decision-making
• •Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, HubSpot, and campaign management tools
• •Advanced skills in G-Sheets or data visualization tools
• •Fluency in English; German and French language skills are a strong plus
• •Growth mindset: curiosity, experimentation, and driven by measurable impact
