- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in English, German, or Spanish
- Ideal experience in regulated industries
- Ideal experience with significant scale growth
- Expertise in Meta, TikTok, or Google/Youtube
- Ideal experience scaling multi-channel strategies
- Ideal experience automating campaigns and reporting
- Residence in CET ±2h within Europe
Aufgaben
- Own and evolve paid growth strategy for DACH and FR
- Plan and forecast budgets across Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Manage tracking health via Pixel, CAPI, and GTM
- Partner with Data and Engineering on technical tracking fixes
- Lead structured experimentation across the full user journey
- Optimize campaign performance using data-driven decisions
- Translate performance insights into creative direction and testing
- Explore and validate new paid growth channels
- Mentor team members on execution standards and learnings
- Collaborate with BI to refine reporting and analysis quality
