Anforderungen
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or comparable technical field
- Several years of PCB layout experience for complex electronic systems
- Proficiency with ECAD tools (Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, Mentor)
- Strong understanding of high-speed, impedance control, and multilayer stack-up design
- Knowledge of DFM, DFA, and PCB fabrication processes
- Familiarity with EMI/EMC guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Ability to interpret schematics and collaborate with hardware engineers
- Structured, detail-oriented working style and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills in cross-functional teams
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
Aufgaben
- Design high-quality PCB layouts
- Understand signal integrity, power distribution, EMI/EMC, and DFM
- Optimize layouts for performance, cost, and manufacturability
- Create complex multi-layer PCB layouts
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on stack-ups and design constraints
- Perform signal integrity, impedance control, and power integrity analysis
- Apply EMI/EMC best practices
- Optimize component placement for thermal performance and manufacturability
- Generate manufacturing documentation
- Work with PCB manufacturers to resolve design issues
- Support prototype bring-up and debug layout-related issues
- Improve PCB design processes and documentation
