- Proven track record building/scaling revenue-generating partner ecosystems
- Strong commercial acumen driving pipeline, closing deals, growing ARR
- Experience with system integrators, resellers, or government prime contractors
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions and co-selling models
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Background in cybersecurity, intelligence, or SaaS
- Experience operating global partner programs
- Understanding of channel sales models
- Experience with certification or enablement programs
- Commercially driven and outcome-oriented
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset
- Comfortable operating at senior and executive levels
- Able to balance long-term partner strategy with near-term revenue delivery
Aufgaben
- Manage global partner ecosystem
- Drive partner performance and revenue growth
- Expand and optimize Maltego’s partner network
- Onboard and equip partners for success
- Ensure partner compliance with Maltego’s processes
- Position partners to drive high-quality revenue
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue outcomes
- Create and progress deal pipelines
- Lead joint account planning with Sales and partners
- Support partner co-selling and executive alignment
- Drive renewals and expansions with partners
- Identify and recruit new high-potential partners
- Qualify and onboard new partners
- Ensure partners are contractually, technically, and commercially enabled
- Oversee partner readiness and training
- Manage ongoing partner relationships
- Develop and implement annual partner strategies
- Maintain regular performance reviews with partners
- Lead governance of partner participation in sales
- Oversee operational frameworks and data integrity
- Drive partner program improvements
- Align partners with Marketing initiatives
- Ensure partner participation in events and campaigns
- Oversee end-to-end partner engagement for marketing activities
