- Master's degree in Packaging Technology or related discipline
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical drug product development (ideally)
- Experience with parenteral/sterile packaging and regulatory expectations (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, development, and pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Familiarity with GMP principles and regulated development environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional/global teams
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or vaccine development programs
- Experience with sterile manufacturing environments and CCI concepts
- Prior experience authoring/supporting packaging regulatory submissions
- Ability to manage multiple global, cross-functional development projects
- Demonstrated adaptability
- Ability to learn in dynamic development setting
Aufgaben
- Lead packaging development for assigned projects.
- Define and implement primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging solutions.
- Serve as packaging Subject Matter Expert on project teams.
- Evaluate technical feasibility with R&D and Manufacturing.
- Assess packaging solution processability with R&D and Manufacturing.
- Facilitate packaging solution transfer to commercial production.
- Plan, execute, and interpret packaging tests and trials.
- Evaluate data and draw conclusions.
- Support documentation and registration activities.
- Author packaging registration documents.
- Interact with the registration team as needed.
- Evaluate new packaging materials, technologies, and suppliers.
- Ensure packaging aligns with internal standards.
- Ensure compliance with external guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with global teams and external partners.
- Support development timelines.
