Anforderungen
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, or comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in On Board Charging (OBC) systems development in automotive
- In-depth understanding of various OBC concepts, including pros and cons (e.g., matrix systems)
- Strong knowledge of control and regulation concepts and their influence on efficiency, NVH, and performance
- Good knowledge of relevant national, international, and customer-specific norms and standards
- Proven experience in series development and successful industrialization of OBC systems up to SOP
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (hardware, software, system, test)
- Experience with system engineering and requirements management tools (DOORS, Polarion, Jama) is advantageous
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
- Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
- Personality is more important than anything else
Aufgaben
- Lead and manage On Board Charging systems in development projects
- Define system requirements, architectures, and concepts for charging solutions
- Control and coordinate development throughout the V-model
- Analyze and evaluate customer requirements
- Derive technical solutions from requirements
- Integrate, validate, and release OBC systems
- Support safety and compliance topics (Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, EMC)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary hardware, software, system, and test teams
- Coordinate technically with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Identify technological trends
- Shape future charging and energy architectures
- Coach and develop project team members
