Anforderungen
- •Electrical engineering degree or similar
- •Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in semiconductor Marketing or Sales
- •Customer and business focus
- •Ability to explain complex technical contents
- •Analytical skills to extract key customer requirements
- •High degree of flexibility, motivation, customer focus, business orientation and networking ability
- •Proven track record of success in a challenging business environment
- •Very strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in both German and English
- •Willingness to travel (mainly Germany, but including EMEA and WW)
- •Team player in global and multi-cultural environments

Aufgaben
- •Collaborate with a leading Automotive OEM to understand their vision
- •Liaise with relevant NXP Business Lines to implement the customer's vision
- •Present NXP's capabilities to the customer
- •Work with the customer on potential solutions
- •Prepare and implement workshops
- •Build and expand executive relationships
- •Develop and execute strategies to maximize NXP sales and profit
- •Identify areas of cooperation with NXP experts
- •Negotiate contracts for win-win outcomes with the Automotive OEM
- •Create product proposals for the entire system
- •Coordinate support with NXP's sales and engineering teams
- •Drive new product definitions with the customer and NXP Business Lines
- •Understand the customer's vision, strategy, and opportunities
- •Gather insights on the customer's formal and informal hierarchy
- •Establish strategic relationships at all management levels
- •Delegate and coordinate logistic and quality issues within NXP
