Senior OEM Account Manager Automotive(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• Electrical engineering degree or similar
• Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in semiconductor Marketing or Sales
• Customer and business focus
• Ability to explain complex technical contents
• Analytical skills to extract key customer requirements
• High degree of flexibility, motivation, customer focus, business orientation and networking ability
• Proven track record of success in a challenging business environment
• Very strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in both German and English
• Willingness to travel (mainly Germany, but including EMEA and WW)
• Team player in global and multi-cultural environments

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with a leading Automotive OEM to understand their vision
• Liaise with relevant NXP Business Lines to implement the customer's vision
• Present NXP's capabilities to the customer
• Work with the customer on potential solutions
• Prepare and implement workshops
• Build and expand executive relationships
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize NXP sales and profit
• Identify areas of cooperation with NXP experts
• Negotiate contracts for win-win outcomes with the Automotive OEM
• Create product proposals for the entire system
• Coordinate support with NXP's sales and engineering teams
• Drive new product definitions with the customer and NXP Business Lines
• Understand the customer's vision, strategy, and opportunities
• Gather insights on the customer's formal and informal hierarchy
• Establish strategic relationships at all management levels
• Delegate and coordinate logistic and quality issues within NXP
