Senior OEM Account Manager Automotive(m/w/x)
Managing semiconductor solutions for Automotive OEMs, presenting capabilities, and implementing workshops at a global semiconductor firm. Electrical engineering degree and 5-10 years in semiconductor Marketing/Sales required. Company car for private use, flexible working hours.
Anforderungen
- Electrical engineering degree or similar
- Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in semiconductor Marketing or Sales
- Customer and business focus
- Ability to explain complex technical contents
- Analytical skills to extract key customer requirements
- High degree of flexibility, motivation, customer focus, business orientation and networking ability
- Proven track record of success in a challenging business environment
- Very strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in both German and English
- Willingness to travel (mainly Germany, but including EMEA and WW)
- Team player in global and multi-cultural environments
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with a leading Automotive OEM to understand their vision
- Liaise with relevant NXP Business Lines to implement the customer's vision
- Present NXP's capabilities to the customer
- Work with the customer on potential solutions
- Prepare and implement workshops
- Build and expand executive relationships
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize NXP sales and profit
- Identify areas of cooperation with NXP experts
- Negotiate contracts for win-win outcomes with the Automotive OEM
- Create product proposals for the entire system
- Coordinate support with NXP's sales and engineering teams
- Drive new product definitions with the customer and NXP Business Lines
- Understand the customer's vision, strategy, and opportunities
- Gather insights on the customer's formal and informal hierarchy
- Establish strategic relationships at all management levels
- Delegate and coordinate logistic and quality issues within NXP
