Aufgaben

• Resolve first-level faults on routing and switching elements
• Advise on fault diagnosis using HP Openview, Netscout, and Cisco Works
• Perform remote routine maintenance on routing and switching elements
• Coordinate centralization and standardization of routing and switching
• Liaise internally and externally for fault rectification activities
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
• Configure and evaluate test scenarios within the NGCS Reference Facility
• Design and maintain routing infrastructures for NATO exercises
• Perform practical evaluations of management tools and capabilities
• Standardize toolset utilization across the centralized and distributed user base
• Propose long-term solutions for equipment and configuration problems
• Coordinate on-site surveys and system acceptance testing
