- Develop technical designs for solutions
- Document hardware and software designs
- Evaluate new and alternative technologies
- Provide recommendations for corporate objectives
- Create comprehensive admin guides
- Hand over solutions to operations
- Advise internal IT teams
- Manage knowledge and develop services
- Coordinate external partners and providers
- Support onboarding of new colleagues
- Mentor apprentices, students, and interns
