- Develop and execute EMEA marketing strategy

- Collaborate with global ABM and DG teams
- Localize content, journeys, and messaging for buyers
- Generate and accelerate pipeline and revenue
- Plan regional events, trade shows, and webinars
- Execute regional events, trade shows, and webinars
- Create impactful brand experiences
- Generate high-quality leads
- Drive account engagement
- Manage new logo and expansion pipeline
- Collaborate with Sales, SDR, People Science, and Customer Success teams
- Synchronize marketing efforts with business goals
- Co-plan quarterly activities
- Run retrospectives for continuous improvement
- Manage lead follow-through to conversion
- Apply understanding of sales priorities
- Apply understanding of customer needs
- Apply understanding of competitive landscape
- Shape regional marketing plans
- Provide feedback on regional messaging
