- Collaborate with global leadership to define and execute EMEA strategy
- Translate global priorities into regional growth plans
- Lead portfolio strategy, including positioning, value propositions, and pricing
- Manage lifecycle of products across EMEA
- Drive market penetration and new product introductions
- Identify and pursue external growth opportunities
- Support EMEA P&L management
- Allocate resources and prioritize investments
- Own budget to maximize ROI
- Partner with Commercial Excellence, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain
- Enable strong execution and scalable growth
- Lead and develop senior marketing and business leaders
- Foster a high-performance, insight-driven culture
- Advise EMEA leadership on market trends, risks, and opportunities
