- 7-10 years relevant technical experience as Manufacturing Systems Engineer
- University degree in engineering or science discipline
- 10+ years relevant experience with international company supporting manufacturing operations or consulting
- Experience creating cohesive manufacturing systems ecosystem with integrations
- Background as technical resource, SME, and project manager for manufacturing OT projects
- Knowledge of GxP and non-GxP compliance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence senior management in matrix organization
- Strong problem-solving skills with effective project and time management
- Productive work in global environment, collaborating with international teams
- Experience leading RFI/RFP vendor selections
- Collaborative team player enjoying knowledge sharing and collective challenge addressing
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to support APAC projects in South Korea and China
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (~10%)
Aufgaben
- Oversee major Manufacturing OT projects in APAC and EU
- Manage OT programs for IT/OT systems
- Provide oversight for key site projects involving Manufacturing IT/OT systems
- Collaborate with IT program leads to generate business value
- Lead comprehensive rollouts of Manufacturing OT systems across multiple sites
- Engage with sponsors, supply chain members, and project teams during escalations
- Ensure regular project reporting and hold Steering Committees
- Identify and plan lifecycle strategies for systems post-project
- Provide technical and process guidance on optimizing IT/OT systems
- Form and develop the program and its playbook
- Drive implementation roadmaps and ensure site readiness
- Support IT program leads in vendor selections and evaluations
- Present recommendations to senior management
- Ensure a usable global User Requirements Specification (URS) is created
- Promote standardization in deploying Manufacturing OT systems
- Drive solution adoption across sites
- Form a Center of Expertise (CoE) for the program
- Manage Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS)
- Manage Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Manage Daily Digital Management System (DDMS)
- Manage Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Manage Data Historian (DH)
- Manage Advanced Analytics
- Integrate IT/OT systems with larger ISCO Network systems
