Anforderungen
- •Ability to drive change and make an impact
- •Technical strength and excellent interpersonal skills
- •Comfort with equipment selection, design, and performance improvement
- •Ability to analyze and provide solutions for improvements
- •Experience in developing preferred methods and SOPs
- •Skill in using labor data for capital expenditure justification
- •Project management capability for complex deliverables
- •Confidence in presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- •Comfort using CAD tools and Lean Six Sigma
- •BS in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field
- •3-5+ years of experience in food manufacturing with FDA/USDA knowledge
- •3-5+ years of experience in equipment analysis and selection
- •3-5+ years of engineering and project management experience
- •Lean Six Sigma certification and Kaizen experience preferred
- •Comfort and experience working on the production floor

- •Maximize equipment uptime
- •Select state-of-the-art machinery
- •Lead equipment innovation projects
- •Guide installation of new equipment
- •Collaborate with vendors
- •Train team members on production standards
- •Coordinate with other departments
- •Lead engineering projects focused on efficiency and cost reduction
- •Apply technical expertise in food manufacturing equipment
- •Identify areas for improvement and standardization
- •Author and update SOPs
- •Submit regulatory documentation
- •Publish project communications
- •Analyze project findings and propose engineering solutions
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- •Contribute to equipment selection processes
- •Maintain subject matter expertise
- •Investigate equipment issues on the production floor
- •Validate processes and identify solutions
