- Professional proficiency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Prioritize safety and ensure compliance with health and environmental standards
- Govern manufacturing development and production integration at the local level
- Solve technical issues regarding vendor schedules and quality
- Analyze technical risks and opportunities to achieve zero-defect production
- Lead positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Implement Lean initiatives to continuously improve production processes
- Execute global processes for product development and configuration changes
- Standardize material and process methods from concept to production
- Utilize Zero Defect Manufacturing tools to demonstrate process capability
- Provide technical support for manufacturing development and integration
- Apply specialist knowledge to improve efficiency and reduce non-conformance
- Design industrial layout solutions using standard lean tools
- Develop new product quotes and manufacturing system change proposals
- Manage industrialization projects by leading internal and vendor resources
