Anforderungen

• •University degree in engineering or professional qualification
• •Five years experience as Manufacturing Engineer
• •Experience with APQP, Problem Solving, Lean
• •Desirable experience in factory planning
• •Experience in project and stakeholder management
• •Experience coating CFRP and GFRP parts
• •Knowledge of quality management systems
• •Analytical skills and problem-solving competence
• •Communication skills and teamwork ability
• •Professional proficiency in German and English

Aufgaben

• •Prioritize safety and ensure compliance with health and environmental standards
• •Govern manufacturing development and production integration at the local level
• •Solve technical issues regarding vendor schedules and quality
• •Analyze technical risks and opportunities to achieve zero-defect production
• •Lead positive relationships with internal and external customers
• •Implement Lean initiatives to continuously improve production processes
• •Execute global processes for product development and configuration changes
• •Standardize material and process methods from concept to production
• •Utilize Zero Defect Manufacturing tools to demonstrate process capability
• •Provide technical support for manufacturing development and integration
• •Apply specialist knowledge to improve efficiency and reduce non-conformance
• •Design industrial layout solutions using standard lean tools
• •Develop new product quotes and manufacturing system change proposals
• •Manage industrialization projects by leading internal and vendor resources
