- 5+ years relevant professional experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, business development, operational excellence, or comparable environment
- Proven track record leading complex cross-functional projects from strategy development through implementation and delivery
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, project management, commercial excellence, e-commerce, omnichannel, customer experience, process optimization, or digital technologies
- Experience within premium consumer brands, retail, lifestyle, design-led, manufacturing, industrial, or related environments is advantageous
- Exposure to both B2B and B2C business models is highly desirable
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline

- Support the development and execution of Vitra's corporate strategy
- Conduct market, customer, competitive, and commercial analyses
- Develop business cases, strategic options, and recommendations
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and initiatives
- Lead strategic and cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation
- Ensure delivery against objectives, timelines, and business value
- Structure complex business challenges
- Facilitate workshops, strategy processes, and management discussions
- Coordinate stakeholders across functions, markets, and organizational levels
- Support growth initiatives across Vitra's Contract (B2B) and Home (B2C) businesses
- Assess opportunities across customer segments, channels, and geographies
- Drive projects that strengthen customer experience
- Drive projects that strengthen commercial performance
- Drive projects that strengthen omnichannel capabilities
- Drive projects that strengthen e-commerce activities
- Drive projects that strengthen retail operations
- Drive projects that strengthen dealer networks
- Identify and implement improvements in business processes
- Identify and implement improvements in operating models
- Identify and implement improvements in ways of working
- Lead process optimization initiatives
- Lead systems implementation initiatives
