- Serve as strategic advisor to leadership team

- Conduct comprehensive market analyses
- Formulate robust strategies
- Support expansion of new business areas, including acquisitions
- Advance organizational development initiatives
- Advance process optimization initiatives
- Guide and shape SBU's long-term strategy with management
- Manage strategy implementation
- Monitor strategy progress
- Design and lead key strategic projects independently
- Lead growth initiatives independently
- Provide thought leadership on business and strategy
- Provide thought leadership on emerging market trends
- Assess new business prospects
- Assess future business models
- Assess M&A candidates
- Support organizational change efforts
- Support process improvement efforts
- Engage stakeholders at all levels
- Present clear recommendations to leadership and Executive Board
