Aufgaben
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Specialist Solution Consultants
- Support discovery calls, live demos, and solution alignment
- Oversee forecasting, execution, and technical qualification of deals
- Collaborate with sales and solution consulting teams on strategic initiatives
- Refine innovative solutions to solve customer business problems using technical expertise
- Scale solutions through the team
- Collaborate directly with economic buyers on deals
- Coach team to engage with technical points of contact to achieve a technical win
- Conduct interactive workshops with customers to identify issues
- Propose solutions for future enhancements
- Evangelize Moveworks through marketing events
- Develop materials to empower the presales team
- Foster reusability and knowledge sharing within the presales team
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert within the presales organization
- Drive knowledge, expertise, and specialty within the presales organization
