- Analytical and strategic thinking skills with structured problem-solving
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset with strong ownership
- Fluency in German and English
- Willingness to travel across EMEA up to 25%
Aufgaben
- Lead Independent Aftermarket portfolio for Clarios product line
- Oversee P&L and drive product strategy and market success
- Manage a team of five Product Managers and analysts
- Support sales monitoring and advance PC and CV spare parts business
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap
- Build and manage relationships with key customers and partners
- Foster ownership and continuous improvement within the team
- Manage full product lifecycle for portfolio performance and profitability
- Conduct market and competitor analyses
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and local offices
- Define KPIs and monitor performance
- Initiate corrective actions to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Report and present strategy, results, and plans to C-level management
