- Drive financial and strategic growth
- Modernize procurement operations
- Integrate SAP S/4HANA
- Manage complex lifecycles for high-tech aerospace projects
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for services
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and supply chain management
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle
- Manage RFIs and RFPs
- Conduct bid evaluations
- Issue purchase orders
- Manage contract issuance
- Monitor supplier performance
- Audit ongoing purchases
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Contribute to EBITDA objectives
- Reduce single-source dependency
- Conduct strategic market scouting
- Partner with engineering, project management, and sales units
- Align procurement timelines with project schedules
- Align cost estimations with project schedules
- Support legal department in drafting contracts
- Support legal department in negotiating contracts
- Draft complex contract clauses in English
- Negotiate complex contract clauses in English
- Ensure adherence to internal policies
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations
- Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Integrate procurement processes within SAP S/4HANA
- Provide hands-on training to the team
- Support the team with SAP S/4HANA
- Coordinate with global purchasing initiatives
- Align with global purchasing initiatives across the Telespazio Group
