- Optimize tools to ensure efficiency and user adoption
- Manage the Product Development Process content
- Resolve process-related challenges proactively
- Improve standards and governance within Product Development
- Implement a portfolio and project management reporting framework
- Develop KPIs for the reporting framework
- Create dashboards and management reports for transparency
- Translate technical requirements into structured reporting solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments and senior management
- Lead and align PMO team members functionally
- Enhance tools and procedures with the Senior Director PJM
- Establish an efficient and scalable PMO working framework
