- Successful experience managing cross-functional, interdisciplinary, international virtual teams
- Strong state of the art project management skills
- Certification in new methodologies (e.g. agile management tools) is preferred
- Sound knowledge in Drug Product process development, scale-up, and production
- Strong focus on aseptic filling and assembly of combination products
- Customer centricity and quality-oriented mindset
- Reliable budget management skills
- Strong decision-taking skills
- Excellent collaboration skills in intercultural environment
- Strong negotiation skills
Aufgaben
- Ensure harmonized, robust manufacturing and packaging processes
- Lead international, interdisciplinary CMC upgrade and innovation projects
- Maintain balance between pharmaceutical innovation, economic interests, and strategic aspects
- Report to executive decision bodies on Product Lifecycle Management
- Propose production lead sites for new multisite HP products
- Develop close collaboration within BI Supply network and with external partners
- Support creation and establishment of modern, efficient learning platforms
- Act as divisional system owner for process transfers and Pharma Production
