Senior Manager - Nonprofit - Customer Success Manager(m/w/x)
Driving customer success for Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, advising on maximizing platform value. Minimum 7 years in technical customer success or solutions architecture required. Flexible office accommodations, 4-day work week.
Anforderungen
- Minimum 7 years experience in Technical Customer Success, Salesforce CRM, SaaS platform use, project leadership, technology solutions development, technical solutions, or solutions architecture
- Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or competing platform
- 4+ years experience in management consulting
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Skills for analyzing technical concepts and translating to business terms
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business terms
- Knowledge of software development process and design methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams for customer needs resolution
- Experience working with NGO customers
- Salesforce product certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce products and features
- Experience working with Enterprise-level customers
Aufgaben
- Serve as a trusted advisor for customer organizations
- Forge deep relationships with customers and account teams
- Maintain awareness of key customer events and needs
- Help customers achieve maximum value from Salesforce investment
- Manage expectations and communications during major incidents
- Orchestrate all Signature deliverables and experiences
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships with IT and business leaders
- Coordinate completion of Signature Success services
- Provide proactive Salesforce feature guidance
- Advise on adoption of new Salesforce features
- Identify and mitigate implementation risks
- Communicate the value of Signature Success
- Ensure collaborators understand Signature Success value
- Advocate for customers during high-severity case resolution
- Travel to customer sites as needed
- Be available for after-hour or weekend coverage
