Senior Manager M&A and Business Development(m/w/x)

In this role, you will drive growth for Henkel Adhesive Technologies by identifying and executing M&A opportunities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategic analysis, coordinating due diligence, and negotiating key transaction terms, all while collaborating closely with various teams.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in business, STEM, or related fields
• •Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in M&A project leadership, management consulting, or PMI specialization with relevant deal experience
• •Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions end-to-end with limited supervision
• •Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
• •High motivation with the ability to work quickly, effectively, and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• •Fluent English language skills

Aufgaben

• •Identify potential acquisition opportunities aligned with strategic objectives
• •Act as a sparring partner for SBUs on all M&A matters
• •Prepare deep dives and strategic analyses for M&A opportunities
• •Develop investment theses and approval documents for senior management
• •Manage and coordinate due diligence activities with relevant functions
• •Prepare business plans and conduct detailed financial analyses
• •Negotiate key transaction terms with Corporate M&A and Legal teams
• •Prepare transaction scope and structure for divestments
• •Create carve-out financials and other deal documents like Information Memorandum
