- Demonstrated leadership experience and solid people management track record

- High accountability and ownership
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Manage a team of five Indirect Tax experts
- Develop a team of five Indirect Tax experts
- Coach a team of five Indirect Tax professionals
- Shape and advance the global Indirect Tax footprint
- Lead cross-functional tax projects
- Ensure tax effectiveness for complex domestic and international transactions
- Advise on Indirect Tax impacts (VAT/ GST, electricity tax, alcohol tax, energy tax)
- Represent tax matters in key business meetings
- Communicate tax positions
- Proactively challenge and optimize processes
- Drive initiatives to enhance the Indirect Tax function
- Foster a supportive, performance-oriented environment
- Ensure high-quality execution of global Indirect Tax processes
- Represent the Indirect Tax function in cross-functional projects
- Ensure alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Commercial, and other functions
- Support refinement and implementation of the global Indirect Tax strategy
- Ensure rollout and adherence to global Indirect Tax governance, policies, and controls
- Support global transformation initiatives (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, tax technology, automation)
- Translate strategic goals into operational execution for your team
- Oversee Indirect Tax audits, inquiries, and year-end processes
- Ensure consistency, quality, and timely resolution of tax matters
