- Act as a trusted advisor for Healthcare Intelligence opportunities
- Expand the usage of existing Healthcare Intelligence solutions
- Identify new customer needs and emerging market trends
- Translate business requirements into potential new products and services
- Support the commercialisation of innovative Healthcare Intelligence offerings
- Represent PHOENIX in interactions with industry partners
- Build a strong external network across commercial, market access and patient focused functions
- Foster collaboration between customers and PHOENIX subject matter experts
- Promote awareness of PHOENIX's Healthcare Intelligence capabilities
- Work closely with product, analytics, legal and country teams
- Provide market feedback to guide future product development
- Support the creation of scalable and compliant Healthcare Intelligence solutions
- Enable countries to engage more effectively with healthcare industry partners
