Aufgaben
- Develop and drive global sourcing strategies
- Align category roadmaps with cost, risk, scalability, and ESG
- Manage end-to-end supplier lifecycle
- Conduct market intelligence and sourcing events
- Negotiate and contract with suppliers
- Ensure ongoing supplier relationship management
- Own global supplier performance and capacity
- Maintain transparency and reliability in supplier management
- Mitigate supplier risks proactively
- Lead complex global and regional negotiations
- Ensure robust supply agreements with Finance and Legal
- Leverage commodity insights for sourcing decisions
- Translate market data into leadership recommendations
- Support new product introductions
- Ensure effective mould lifecycle management
- Engage suppliers early in new product development
- Act as a trusted procurement partner
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and regional stakeholders
- Prepare data-driven insights for senior stakeholders
- Present clear recommendations to executives
