- ISO 45001 and 14001 knowledge (plus)
- Experience in complex, international organization
- Experience with global compliance requirements
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in German (preferred)
- Additional language skills (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Intercultural competence for global teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Leadership capabilities across hierarchies and regions
