- Lead Group performance reporting
- Prepare monthly management reports
- Develop executive summaries
- Provide insights for effective steering
- Lead annual budget processes
- Lead forecast processes
- Lead long-range planning
- Ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery
- Develop and optimize Group KPIs
- Develop and optimize analytical models
- Partner with Corporate stakeholders
- Partner with regional finance teams
- Conduct scenario analysis
- Develop business cases
- Perform financial modelling
- Prepare corporate presentations
- Coordinate corporate presentations
- Develop Executive Committee updates
- Create Board materials
- Manage Group-level communication packages
- Lead process improvement projects
- Drive financial governance enhancements
- Support digital FP&A initiatives
- Oversee system upgrades
- Lead ad-hoc analyses
- Provide clear and accurate analyses
- Deliver actionable recommendations
- Maintain financial governance
- Ensure consistent KPI definitions
- Assure data quality
- Align with Group Controlling and Accounting
