Anforderungen

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or controlling
  • Exposure to Pharma or Nutrition is advantageous

Aufgaben

  • Drive monthly and quarterly P&L reporting
  • Analyze key performance indicators
  • Provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes
  • Compile and interpret variances and business drivers
  • Generate insights to support performance improvement
  • Own delegated business unit FP&A processes
  • Provide tools and reports
  • Align planning assumptions and deviations
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on specific topics
  • Support financial and operational decision-making
  • Contribute to financial reporting modernization
  • Automate financial reporting tools
  • Partner with Controlling Nutrition and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Modernize reporting tools and enhance usability
  • Develop expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Collaborate on SAP Analytics Cloud implementation
  • Act as back-up for Senior Director Controlling Nutrition
  • Support critical recurring business tasks
  • Assist with CFO-related projects
  • Support selected business unit topics
