- Experience in developing environmental initiatives
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, Power BI
- Lead Auditor certification
- Experience in incident investigations
- Regional travel as required
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement a proactive EHS management system
- Track, analyze, and assess EHS metrics
- Advise management on company impacts and improvements
- Champion the psychosocial risk management program
- Lead worker consultative arrangements
- Oversee accident and incident investigation processes
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the Global EHS team
- Lead the regional risk management process
- Manage injury and return-to-work programs for affected workers
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports on time
- Lead emergency response planning and incident response
- Oversee office and remote ergonomics
- Manage accident report oversight and pandemic planning
