Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum 5 years IT experience with enterprise applications and business systems
- Experience leading teams and managing enterprise applications
- Strong experience with JD Edwards ERP and related business processes
- Strong technical aptitude across SaaS and enterprise applications

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Aufgaben
- Lead a team responsible for enterprise applications strategy, delivery, administration, and improvement
- Partner with business leaders to ensure enterprise systems support business objectives
- Drive operational efficiency and excellent user experience globally
- Act as a JD Edwards hands-on leader
- Mentor and develop a team responsible for enterprise business systems and applications
- Partner with stakeholders and senior leadership to identify business needs
- Deliver scalable technology solutions
- Manage the enterprise applications roadmap
- Ensure systems remain current, secure, and aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with IT, business teams, and vendors to plan and deliver system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and deployments
- Support budget planning, vendor management, and contract negotiations
- Ensure software licensing compliance
- Oversee application governance, change management, and system documentation
- Provide hands-on application administration and support
- Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate urgent resolutions
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a global environment
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and leadership
- Drive end-user adoption through training and support
- Implement continuous process improvements
- Identify opportunities to simplify the application landscape
- Eliminate duplicate systems and improve overall efficiency
- Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise applications, including JD Edwards
- Ensure ongoing system performance, optimization, and business value
