- German at mother tongue level; high English language skills
Aufgaben
- Act as a strategic business partner to provide innovative learning solutions
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify commercial learning needs
- Design and develop high-quality scientific and skill-based learning pathways
- Create a learning strategy that aligns with local business objectives
- Identify and leverage modern adult learning methodologies
- Utilize worldwide commercialization learning initiatives at the market level
- Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate learning initiative success
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs for new team members
- Collaborate with the WW Center of Excellence on learning initiatives
- Coordinate training delivery with internal and external partners
- Report to the Head of Commercialization Learning for Germany, Austria & Switzerland
