Aufgaben
- Lead and manage European Procure to Payment.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments timely and accurately.
- Process employee expense reports timely and accurately.
- Provide hands-on support for AP operations.
- Guide the team on month-end closing activities.
- Assist with monthly accruals preparation.
- Oversee monthly closing of AP records.
- Ensure compliance with European statutory, tax, regulatory rules.
- Develop, document, and enforce AP policies, procedures, and controls.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve AP issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve AP issues.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Address vendor payment issues promptly.
- Address vendor invoice issues promptly.
- Manage employee travel and expense reports.
- Manage corporate credit card programs.
- Guide travel program users.
- Ensure T&E transactions adhere to policies.
- Prepare and submit AP audit materials.
- Provide detailed explanations for AP audit materials.
- Design EU KPI dashboards for AP performance.
- Maintain EU KPI dashboards for AP performance.
- Deliver actionable insights to finance leadership.
- Support treasury with forecasting, cash movements, and settlements.
- Support treasury with bank relationships.
