- Work experience in logistics, customs, import/export, or freight forwarding

- Coordinate and manage shipping orders
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution
- Package and label goods for shipment
- Prepare cover letters, freight documents, and customs documentation
- Support import and export compliance activities
- Review shipment data for customs relevance
- Ensure correct classification and documentation completeness
- Adhere to internal procedures and applicable regulations
- Coordinate with customs authorities and brokers
- Ensure smooth border crossings, including time-critical cases
- Monitor and maintain import/export records
- Support internal compliance checks and audits
- Update process documentation as required
- Support continuous development of logistics processes
- Focus on compliance, efficiency, and sustainability
- Process incoming goods, checking for completeness
- Inform relevant departments about deliveries
- Manage and order logistics-related materials
- Maintain inventory
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in English
- Contribute to high ethical and quality standards
